kinesio taping
Kinesio tape is the original elastic adhesive tape which is constructed of cotton and elastic fibers that are latex-free, water-resistance, and breathable. Kinesio tape can relax or stimulate muscles.
Kinesio taping does not limit the range of motion so this makes wearing the tap comfortable for the majority of skin type ranging from children to senior. Kinesio taping can usually be left on for several days or up to a week, to the injured area 24 hours a day even while you work or take shower.
